Achievements of the Dusanj Brothers
From 1983 to 1992 they built a family retail operation consisting of fish and chip shops, newsagents and off licences. All these businesses were sold by 1992. Later in 1992 Sudarghara and Ajmail purchased soft drinks manufacturer Gardner Shaw from the receiver.

The business was restructured and returned to profit. Sudarghara and Ajmail are also experienced property investors predominately within the West Midlands. They refurbished a number of sites from 1994 to the present day which they have retained. In July 2002 Sudarghara and Ajmail acquired Cains. As Gardner Shaw was dependent upon the full time commitment of Sudarghara and Ajmail it was voluntarily and successfully wound down and the site was redeveloped as an investment property. This allowed Sudarghara and Ajmail to focus their attention on Cains.
